The construction supervisors main tasks are to ensure that all fabrication and load out activities are executed in accordance with the project objectives. Be responsible for checking subordinates work methods, output, punctuality and job progress.- Implement safe working practices and procedures and assure that safe working conditions are always maintained through work crews practicing safe work methods.- Responsible for preventing waste, damage and abuse of company materials supplied for the work.- Report on work progress, current and near term plans, accidents, near miss and any other significant events and incidents to immediate supervisor.- Ensure contractor construction work plan meet company requirements.- Develop list of incomplete works and punchlist items and monitor program until completion.- Provide lessons learned feedback for project close out report.
